In general, yes, but not in this case. Google shows me the source site, Yandex shows me irrelevant pictures, Tineye shows nothing. I wonder what's so mysterious about that girls? I've seen them several times in the last 5 years or so. They are cute, but it's always the same pictures, and some of them look cropped.
