I had a realization today. Life is basically a pinball game.

* there's obstacles
* some paths are more clear than others
* there's flashing lights, noises, and distractions
* everyone tries for a high score, yet it doesn't really matter outside of the game
* you have a small amount of control
* everything that happens, happens based upon a set of rules
* you can kind of nudge things a bit, but not too much
* some win, some lose, most fall in between
* all you have is your balls
* sometimes it moves fast, sometimes it moves slow
* no matter how long you play, it's over at some point

Life is a jyhad.
